Anne M. Wilson
Anne has practiced employment and labor law since 1994, representing employers and individuals. She continues to represent both on a part-time basis. In 2019, Anne received her Certificate in Professional Mediation from the Cornell University Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution. Anne currently participates in mediation in various subject matters mediated through the Thurston County Dispute Resolution Center.
Anne’s community engagement consumes a large part of her non-working hours. She has served on many non-profit boards of directors, including a women’s shelter, a community theater, and organizations devoted to helping at-risk children get the best start possible. Anne currently devotes time to a juvenile justice diversion program in Thurston county and serves on the board of the South Sound Reading Foundation.

Henry E. Farber
Henry practiced labor and employment law for 38 years, representing employers and individuals. Since 2019, he has studied and practiced mediation, including receiving his Certificate in Professional Mediation from the Cornell University Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution. He has also provided volunteer mediation services in Small Claims Court through the Dispute Resolution Center of King County. He has mediated more than 70 cases. In 2023, Henry was appointed to the Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission Dispute Resolution Panel, to the Montana Roster of Arbitrators, and to the Labor Arbitration Roster of the American Arbitration Association. In 2024, Henry was appointed by the Washington Supreme Court to be a Disciplinary Hearing Officer and was also named to the Issaquah Civil Service Commission.
Henry has been named one of America’s Leading Lawyers for Business by Chambers USA since 2010, and one of the “Best Lawyers in America” by Best Lawyers since 2001. Henry also taught labor law at University of Washington Law School. In 2014, Henry was inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, an organization of advocates and neutrals, which promotes the importance of civility.
